Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PayPriority mobile application (the "Service") operated by PayPriority ("us," "we," or "our").
Important: By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using PayPriority, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayPriority.
2. Description of Service
PayPriority is a financial management tool that helps users prioritize bill payments based on due dates, interest rates, and late fees. The Service provides:
- Bill tracking and organization
- Payment prioritization recommendations
- Debt-free date projections
- Financial insights and notifications
PayPriority is a tool for informational purposes. We do not provide financial advice, and our recommendations should not be considered professional financial guidance.
3. Subscription Terms
Pricing
PayPriority is available as a subscription service for $5.99 per month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store
- Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage your subscription through your App Store account settings
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. You will be charged when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trial terms will be clearly disclosed at signup.
4. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your Apple App Store account settings
- The PayPriority app settings
- Contacting our support team at info@paypriority.app
Effect of Cancellation
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period
- After cancellation, your account will convert to a free tier (if available) or be deactivated
- Your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy unless you request account deletion
5. Refund Policy
Apple App Store Purchases
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple according to their refund policy. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the PayPriority subscription purchase
- Follow Apple's refund request process
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (service outages, billing errors), we may work with you to resolve issues. Contact info@paypriority.app for assistance.
6. User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Using a strong, unique password
Accurate Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Update your information to maintain its accuracy
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Scrape, copy, or duplicate Service content without permission
- Circumvent security features or access restrictions
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER: PayPriority is a tool to help you organize and prioritize bills. We are not financial advisors, and our Service does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYPRIORITY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Financial losses resulting from using or relying on the Service
- Late fees, penalties, or interest charges incurred
- Errors or omissions in bill calculations or recommendations
- Service interruptions or downtime
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PayPriority harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your financial decisions based on Service recommendations
10. Data Accuracy and Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for entering accurate bill information
- The Service's recommendations are based on the data you provide
- You should verify all payment details before making payments
- The Service does not automatically make payments on your behalf
- You remain responsible for ensuring bills are paid on time
11. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PayPriority and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the Service
12. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or contacting us.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We discontinue the Service
- Required by law or regulatory authority
We will provide notice before termination when reasonably possible.
Effect of Termination
- Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
- No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time
- Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Posting the new Terms in the app
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at info@paypriority.app. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Missouri.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and PayPriority individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other or proceed as a class action.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PayPriority regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. Apple App Store Terms
If you access PayPriority through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and PayPriority, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you
